Tee’s July Playlist

I put together a playlist of songs I’ve been enjoying recently and my go-to songs in my very large personal playlist and I thought to myself, why not share these songs with my wonderful readers.

This playlist consists of 10 songs which totals to 33 minutes of jamssss.

It was really hard limiting this playlist to just 10 songs because there are other really nice songs I have on repeat daily, but I said to myself, “No, we are doing just 10”. Self control LOL

For better access, the link to the curated playlist will be available at the bottom of this post.

Without further ado, let’s find out what songs are in the playlist!

1. The Woo by Pop smoke (feat. 50 Cent & Roddy Ricch)

This song is from Pop Smoke’s posthumous album, Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Moon. This album has a total of 19 songs, but this is my favourite song on the album.

2. MCM by NSG

This song is from NSG’s latest album “Roots”. I came across this song from this video on Instagram and I fell in love with it.

3. Expensive by NSG

This song is also from NSG’s latest album, “Roots”. A close friend of mine sent this song to me and I really liked it.

4. Woman by Rema

Rema and vibes just go together like bread and butter. Although most of us have no idea what he said in this song, it’s all vibes LOL

5. Baby this your body na Gobe fine fine sweet okpeke by Mr Eazi & EmPawa Africa (feat. C Natty)

First thing that came to my mind when I saw this song was “interesting song title” cause it’s a mouthful but I like it.

6. Space by Whoisakin

I discovered the Full Moon Weekends- EP on April 13, 2020. I came across it from a random link to the EP posted by someone on twitter and I listened to it and I loved it from the first play. It was difficult choosing a favourite song from this EP of 5 songs but this song just does it for me.

7. Ojoro by Terri

I came across this song from numerous Triller videos. I got tired of the song even before listening to it well on the music app. Well, I finally gave in and gave it a listen and I regretted not listening to it earlier because it is a jam.

8. Two by Zoro (feat. Mayorkun)

This song! I’ll say it again, this song! It has an Igbo vibe to it and I absolutely love it cause you can’t help but move your body when listening to it. You can catch me yelling out the lyrics of this song in the shower like a prayer. From the beat, to the lyrics, everything is a full 10/10. I highly recommend.

9. End of the wicked by Cruel Santino (feat. Octavian)

Okay I’m going to admit, this is actually the first song from Cruel Santino that I’ve heard (I’ve heard a bit of raw dinner but that doesn’t count because I haven’t actually sat down to listen to it very well) and I actually love it! I listen to it every single day, you should too.

10. Run it up by DDG (feat. YBN Nahmir, G Herbo & Blac Youngsta)

I have to give my older brother credit for introducing me to this song. I also listen to this song every single day.

That’s it! I hope you love these songs as much as I do
